- I think I own one of the listed items, how do I get it authenticated?
- Send it to us using the Authentication Request form to get an Authentication Request Number (ARN). We will then check our higher resolution photos and if it matches, issue you a token and return your item. If not, we will add it to our database and issue a toke, assuming it is authentic.
- What if the token was not transferred to me and seller refuses to move it to my wallet? Or the book has changed hands multiple times and the token needs to be transferred into my wallet?
- You need to send the item the token authenticates back in to be reauthenticated for a fee. We have no other way to check if you actually have the item you say you do.
